十九世纪的英国处于维多利亚时期,也称为维多利亚文学时代.由于工业上的全盛,以及英国国力增强,各种社会问题和社会矛盾也日益突出.这一时期文学主流是小说,尤其是批判现实主义小说.也是整个欧洲现实主义的繁荣时期。
有矛盾的地方就会有文学，特别是矛盾越激发的时候，中国春秋战国时期，出现百家争鸣的现象，近代中国革命又是各种大文豪层出不穷，而维多利亚时期正是英国内部时代变革的期间，所以不仅经济强大，矛盾激发，文学也也昌盛。
Love Our Country
It is the duty of every citizen to make the country rich and powerful (To make the country rich and strong is...).
使国家富强是每个公民的责任(要使国家富强是……)。
In order to accomplish this object one must be patriotic (love his country).
为了达到此目的，必须爱国。
I consider this an unchangeable truth.
我认为这是一条不易的定理。
How can a student love his country (be patriotic)? I find my answer very simple and clear.
一个学生如何才能爱国呢?我发觉答复很简单明了。
He must study hard and store up knowledge so as to serve his (the) country in the future.
他必须用功读书并积储知识以便将来服务国家。
If every student can do according to what I said, the country will certainly be rich and powerful.
Our great motherland is one of the largest countries in the world. It has a population of over twelve hundred million. Beijing is its capital.
We Chinese people are brave and hardworking. We have a glorious revolutionary tradition. We drove out all the enemies. In 1949 the People's Republic of China was founded. Since then great changes have taken place in our motherland. Now our country is getting stronger and stronger. We Chinese people are working hard to make our motherland into a powerful country.
Children are regarded as “flower of our motherland”. In our country children are taken very good care of. Special laws have been issuedto protect them. Thousands of schools have been set up to make education available to all children. The Party and the government pay special attention to the growth of children because they represent our bright future

形散神不散 有主旨 文章可以不连贯 但大意要符合主旨句子要通顺
记叙散文抒情散文哲理散文的区别主要体现在写作目的上。散文的最大特点是形散而神不散。形散招形式自由，神是文的中心目标，即写作目的。
记叙散文是通过记叙人或事而达到抒发对人或事之深情的目的，以记叙为主要表达方式。
抒情散文以抒情为主要表达方式，以景或物为载，抒情作者的某种情怀，目的在抒情。
哲理散文，以哲理铺陈，叙哲析理中抒发自己的情感，目的是在叙哲析理中找到情的抒发。三者各有目标，各有精彩。
